• Click on the download link above. You will be asked if you want to save the file or run it from its current location. Select "Save". A standard "Save As" dialog box may be shown next, asking you to select the folder where you want to save the installation program. Pay attention to which folder you select before clicking the "Save" button. You can save this file to your desktop to make it easy to find it after the download is completed.
• When the download completes, open the folder where you saved the file and double-click the WorkPauseSetup icon to run the installation program.
• If you are upgrading from a previous version of WorkPause, and it is currently running, you will be asked to close it before continuing with the installation. Right-click the WorkPause icon in the system tray and select "Exit" from the menu.
• Follow the installation instructions.
• After the installation is completed, WorkPause will be started for first time. Please take some time to review the configuration settings and adjust them to your preference (you can always change them later).
