The Times Settings Page
This page contains the main settings for WorkPause. It lists the available break types and the settings (enabled/disabled, frequency, duration and alert type) for each break.
Notes:
- To edit a setting, click it with the mouse and enter the new value. Note that the micro-break's duration is in seconds, and for the other breaks it's in minutes.
- The short breaks cannot be disabled, the micro breaks and the long breaks can.
- The micro breaks do not support screen locking.
- The enable unlocking option is only used if you select screen lock as alert type.
- The General options are used for the screen lock alerts.
