Prevent R.S.I.
The best cure for Repetitive Strain Injury is the prevention, because this disease is very difficult to cure once fully developed. And along with the ergonomic workplace, to prevent RSI it's important to make sure you get enough rest. You do this by making regular breaks (short pauses every 20 minutes or so, and longer ones every hour) and use them to flex your arms, do some stretches or just a short walk around the office.
But in reality, immersed in your work you often forget to rest. There is always another e-mail to write, or another memo to read. And before you know it, the workday is over and you feel like a wreck... again.
