WorkPause: Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register my copy of WorkPause?

Immediately after purchasing, your user name and registration code will be displayed in your browser (you will also recieve them by email). There is no need to download a separate version, your code will unlock the trial version and will turn it to full.

To register:

  1. When you start WorkPause, it will display the "Please register" dialog at the beginning. Click the "Enter Registration Code" button
  2. Enter your user name and registration code exactly as you have received them.
  3. Click the "Register me..." button. Your copy of WorkPause will become full version.

Alternatively, if WorkPause is already running:

  1. Right-click the WorkPause icon in the system tray.
  2. Select "About..." from the context menu that appears.
  3. In the about form, click the "registration" button.
  4. Enter your user name and registration code and click the "Register me..." button.
What are the limitations of the trial (unregistered) version?
The trial version has the same functionality as the full version. The only difference is that you are restricted to use it for maximum of 30 days. After this time is over, you need to purchase a license. You will receive a registration code which can be used to unlock the trial version and turn it into registered one.

After registering, the form reminding you to register will no longer appear.
What to do if I lose my key?
Simply send us an email from the same address you've used when registering. We will resend you your registration information. There are no additional charges.
I have sent you a mail several days ago and still have not received an answer!
We try to answer all mails as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. If you did not receive answer from us, here are several things you can try:

  • Check your junk mail folder for our e-mail. It might be incorrectly labeled as spam.
  • It the e-mail is not found there, check your spam filter settings. Make sure that is allowed or "whitelisted" so that our e-mails can get through.
